How Availability Works

City pages are meant as a helpful starting point, but the most accurate results depend on your exact service address. In many urban and suburban areas, internet service is delivered over existing cable or phone infrastructure, and coverage can differ between neighbourhoods.

If your city is not listed, or if you are unsure whether service is available at your address, please use the Contact form and include your service address. We’ll reply with the best available options.

Some places we are not able to service include Regina, Brandon, Whitehorse, Yellowknife, Iqaluit, and parts of Kanata. Availability also depends on whether cable internet infrastructure is present at your address. (Also as of 2026 we are no longer permitted to service address on the Eastlink network outside of Ontario.) If in doubt, please contact us and we will check.
