Moving internet checklist

Use this checklist before moving so you do not assume your old plan is available at the new address.

Move checklist

Check the exact new address, including unit number.
Ask whether the same network and speed tier is available.
Confirm installation date and whether a technician is needed.
Ask what equipment moves with you and what must be returned or replaced.
Save the cancellation/move confirmation number.
Test wired and Wi-Fi speeds after installation.
